Speakers

Dr. Ensar Zeljkovic
Product Owner, Accelleran
Dr. Ensar Zeljkovic is a Product Owner at Accelleran, where he leads the product roadmap for the company’s OpenRAN-inspired Radio Intelligent Controller (RIC) for private 5G networks. Combining strong technical expertise with strategic vision, he drives innovation by shaping a scalable roadmap, simplifying x/rApp development through a low-code SDK framework, and strengthening customer adoption with impactful presentations and documentation. With a background in software engineering and a PhD in Computer Science focused on proactive mobility management, Ensar bridges the gap between deep technical development and business strategy, enabling accelerated product growth, customer engagement, and industry recognition.

Dr. German Castellanos
RAN System Architect, Accelleran
Dr. German Castellanos is a RAN System Architect at Accelleran, where he leads the design of O-RAN-based solutions for private and open 5G networks. As a technical project lead in several European R&D initiatives, he contributes to the development of energy-saving mechanisms for intelligent RAN orchestration, including xApps for traffic steering and power optimization. He also co-develops conflict management frameworks to enable safe, policy-driven coordination across distributed RIC applications. His work focuses on scalable, AI-native architectures that support the evolution towards 6G.
